1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, consultations, installations, and deliveries made via the website kcforgedwheels.ch.
The contracting party is KC Forged Wheels (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Offers and Services
Through our website, we offer the sale of wheels and clothing. In addition, the following services may be requested:

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3. Conclusion of Contract
By completing the ordering process in the online shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation sent by email.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT (if applicable).
Shipping costs are only charged if explicitly stated for the respective product and shown during checkout.
Discounts and promotional prices are applied at checkout.
The following payment methods are available: credit card, PayPal, Twint, Apple Pay, and other options shown during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made within Switzerland and internationally, usually via UPS or a comparable service provider.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability.
The risk of transport damage lies with the respective carrier. Customers are obliged to comply with the deadlines for reporting transport damages directly to the carrier (e.g., UPS).
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Standard Wheels (Shop Products): Returns and refunds are only possible within 3 days of receipt, provided the delivered wheels do not correspond to the item shown in the shop or the 3D renderings after adjustments in finish, size, etc. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Custom Wheels: There is no right of return for individually manufactured wheels. An exchange is only possible if the goods are demonstrably damaged upon delivery.
In all cases, the return or complaint must be agreed with us in advance.
7. Warranty and Liability
We warrant that the delivered products correspond to the characteristics described in the shop.
Further warranty rights are subject to the statutory provisions of Swiss law.
We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Liability for transport damages lies exclusively with the carrier.
8. Installation and Consultation
Wheel installation is carried out exclusively by our partner company.
We accept no liability for damages caused by improper installation outside our partner network.
Consultations are provided to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee of suitability for individual applications.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and other content used on the website are subject to copyright and are the property of KC Forged Wheels, unless otherwise indicated.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without our express consent is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
