Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products (Shop Items)

Customers have the right to return ordered standard wheels offered in the KC Forged Wheels online shop within 3 days of receiving the goods, if the delivered wheels do not correspond to the item described in the shop or to the 3D renderings provided to the customer (e.g., after finish modifications).

Conditions:

  • The return must be registered with us in writing (by email or contact form) within 3 days of receipt.

  • The goods must be returned unopened, undamaged, and complete.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • After inspection of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal for Custom Wheels

For custom-made and individually configured wheels, no right of return applies.
An exchange is only possible if the wheels are demonstrably damaged upon delivery.
Transport damages must be reported immediately to the shipping provider (e.g., UPS), and their deadlines must be observed.

3. General Return Information

  • Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

  • The customer bears the risk for returns (e.g., transport damage).

  • Refunds will only be made using the same payment method originally used for the order.
